good sunday morning

Well, we went bowling yesterday, with Irv and Ann, nathan, Dean and Christy and roo. This outing was for deans 47th Birthday. It was much fun and Nathan, the guy that doesnt like to bowl much, had a 200 game.....Go figure. After the games we went to that resturant we like. The new ownwer is very nice and the food is good. We sang loudly to Deano while he ate his cake the waitress brought out to him... It was a good night with family....
Im going to relax my food plan for one day today. Im going to relax and take it easy. I may even allow myself some choc....I may do all those woman things we do behind the bathroom door. My eyebrows are in need of attention...Now just you wait. Ill probably find a multitude of work things that need doing.. There talking about Heros on tv. I got to thinking if I know of a hero in my life...Hmmmmmmm....Do you? Maybe the closest I can come was my mom...Ill go into that at a later time.....Late ta then...
