wed.. thats it, just wed...

I'm going to try to get out and work in the yard today. Its still wet out there but I DO own a pr of boots. The weatherman says we could see upper 50s today...WOW!!! I bought a large metal garbage can for the sunflower seed I bought. Maybe I can actually leave it out on the deck without squirrels getting involved. Ill wait now till I hear from the Dr. about that test...blah!!!!
I am sure that Shan and family and Laur and Jeff got back from their trips okay...

Whats up????

The snow is almost gone and the sun is shining... Not real warm but its something... Off to the Dr. again this am and then some grocery shopping. Trying to deal with an old insurance slip up and boy is that fun... NOT! It involves a big chunk of money, so have to solve it soon.....Laurie and Jeff and Shanna and Josh and Jack will all be home today. I hope they had a great time, but it will be nice to have them back in their nests..
I'm reading a great book. Its written by a female coroner. It tells about all the life after death stories, she has heard about, from the loved ones of the dead. I have always been interested in this phenomenon. Especially since I have experienced it myself . I'd better get organized now and hit the road.

ok God, this is NOT funny....

Its snowing again.....all day.......white, wet, piling up snow... yesterday I was out looking at all the perennials that were coming up, now this.... No! its not a bit funny....
I'm making bread. Rye and Vienna. At least the day is good for that! dishes galore and laundry too. Ran a virus check and discovered a bunch of Trojan horses. Someones been messin with me....I got that all taken care of and pray there is no more.... Ive never had that happen before.... well. I hope this finds you all doing good and Ill report on my Dr's. visit tomorrow when i get home. For those that don't care to know.....

This is the end of April?

Whew, its cold and wet and yukky out.
The best thing to do is play inside. Bowling would work, if we can find a place with open bowling....I'll check later... Had a great time yesterday with the girls. The lobster was divine....the coconut shrimp was too die for...Jerry! I didn't save you any....sorry. There's no excuse for me except to say that............ We also went shopping to some neat stores that we don't have around here. TJ max for one, and Macy's for another. I bought a few things for roo at Debs....Gonna take them over this morning after she gets up... I found a hay baler for Irv in the paper...Hes been looking for one as ours is broke. Hes going to go pay for it this morning.... Ok, so I sure hope your day is sunny and fun.
I hope you take time to smile and hug a kid. I hope you tell your spouse that you love them...I hope if your mom is available, that you let her know shes important to you...wow, she could live for a week on just that.... and chocolate.....

Day trip

Heading out soon to LaCross, with Di and Meg. It looks like we could run into some rain, but who cares? It will be good to get away for the day and be with people I enjoy so much. we're going to Red Lobster and perhaps a bit of shopping....
I must say that getting calls from my two sisters and my brother last night was very nice. Its always good to know you have someone that cares about you. Thank you my dear family.... I know that everything is going to be fine.... Have a great day ya,all. I know I will....

My doctor called and although I thought it was just a courtesy call.....it wasn't. He told me that the treadmill report wasn't quite what he thought. They said, [ whoever THEY are] that THEY found [something], whatever that means. I suppose now I'll have to go to a heart doctor to find out what it is. Dr Haleem said not to worry....yah right. He said he doesn't think its anything serious... .Well, its not about him now is it? Oh well, Ill just have to wait it out....

New day

The tests all went well. No problems with my heart. Thank you God! The problem is in my lungs, from all those wasted years of smoking. They put me on inhalers and said that should help me breathe better. They gave me two, but I'm only going to use one, that you use twice a day. I don't think I'm bad enough to use two different ones. Nough said....Looks like a rainy day but that's okay. Tomorrow I go to Lacrosse with megs and Di for the day. Going to Red Lobster for lunch and a bit of shopping. Fun conversation. I wish the weather would be better though. Their calling for rain then also..... I'm off to the bank today and to pick up some kilz, to prepare the walls for painting. Maybe I'll get brave and paint with a more vibrant color then off white...... Have a good day y'all...

Test day, and not a bit funny...

No, my humor is not at its highest at this moment. I'm sitting here waiting for the time to pass until I go to the hospital for these tests. Sleep was hard to come by last night. Ya know, its really not the tests that scare me, its the drugs their gonna give me. Who knows what they could do? I picture a racing heart and no one can stop it... I know I'm being a big baby, but I hate drugs!
Another thing. Today is the last warm beautiful day for awhile so I'd rather be outside doin stuff. Oh well, such in life as I know it...Have a great day,

Squirrels are weird!!!!

I heard that cayenne pepper was bad for squirrels. I heard they really didn't like having their mouths burn off! Well, tell that to my squirrels! They love it! Sister June says their probably Mexican squirrels.....Aye Pedro, Muchas gracias.....Did you know that they can hang from their itty bitty toenails? I'm serious! I've seen them do it!
Its a bit rainy this am, so today its inside work. Cleaning cupboards, etc. I got some windows done outside yesterday. That always makes me feel good. Its nice to be able to actually SEE out the windows... Ok,Ok, they weren't THAT bad... Maybe I need new glasses.Maybe I need to CLEAN my glasses....
Tomorrow is test day.....Save me....Someone save me from a fate worse then eating liver! Wow! I'm quite the drama queen today.... Have a good one even if you don't feel like it....
