Alrighty then... Todays the day I start for the 3rd time to get serious about my food choices. A person can,t go around hating to look in the mirror and continue to feed their fat face bad stuff. I know when I have my blood tests tomorrow that my triglycerides are gonna be high. Bp is up a bit and the lady in the mirror in my bathroom keeps screaming at me.
. Enough she says.... So Ill give it another try. For petes sake I gave up two of the hardest things already, this should be a snap. Of course NO ONE told me menopause would change everything!
Ive pretty much decided that men are the favored sex in Father of the Universes domain. They get to stroll through life without all these blasted things that we women have to put up with. Oh shoot, I forgot.....WE are stronger thats why he knew we could handle it all...Watch me roar!!!!!
