Am I naive?

Sometimes I think I see the world through rose colored glasses...Or is it that I want to see the world in a softer light? Maybe I prefer the nicer side of life to the cruel realitys...When I allow myself to see whats really out there, I get depessed and sad. So much pain and suffering and cruelty in the news. One would think they could find a few wonderful things to write about. Things that give people hope and pleasure...Acts of kindness, and good deeds being done. I know they are out there, they just dont make the news as often as the bad stuff. I think it starts with me. I can do nice things for people. I can make someone smile. I can sing instead of cry, and continue to see the best side of life. At times I may have to be a part of the other side. I might have to give comfort or recieve it, but until that time I will be naive, and enjoy my life....Late ta
