Enjoy jumping out of bed to go to the bathroom cause someday you may not make it, and yellow stuff will run down your legs....Enjoy that stride and the swing of your hips, before life slows it down to a crawl. Enjoy singing at the top of your lungs before someone [ you know who that is] tells you to quit catter wailing.] Enjoy shopping for clothes while you can still wear that size you did before, and not move up a size every couple days. When if you so much as look at a cookie...its 5 more pounds....Enjoy....Oh getting older isnt all bad...We have brains and aren't afraid to use them. We say what we mean, and mean what we say...We do what we want and dont apoligize for that. We can love whoever we want, cause love is free for the giving and God likes that....Enjoy.......Late ta

Winter?

Wow, its cold out. Like 20 something. I shouldnt complain tho, other places have had snow already. Way too early for that now....All my outside work is done except to move the leaves when they are all down. Theres just too many to leave, { pun] on the ground....I really miss the long summer days. One sits more when it gets dark early. More tv which in turn leads to more munching. I WILL not let that happen this year! I have about 7 quarters in the bet jar. Not bad for me. I include everything and I hope Rita is too.
I went to Christys yesterday. Told her I wanted to show her my hair cut. She loved it and asked where I had it done. She was very surprised when I told her I did it myself. I love it. Its a wash and wear haircut. Doesnt need to be drowned in hairspray....love it... She even said it made me look younger. yay to that I say....
I may head to town today. Get out of the house and maybe I can talk the ole man into lunch....You all have a great day and get ready for snow.....ewwwwwwwwwww...Late ta

Golf got rained out yesterday! darn! We were dressed and ready to go when the rain started. Ok so we,ll try again today. Its cooling off now that fall is here, and the leaves are falling fast. Another job I have to look forward too. NOT!
The back Decks are done. Next spring I will plan what to decorate with. maybe flowers or a bush....We have to cut some lower branches off the huge pine tree. It sorta took over the back yard. oH my God! I,m planning next year already!

I,m starting back on my food plan Monday. Winter plays hell on my body if I dont excercise and eat right. Theres just not enough work to keep me hoppin. A friend and I have a bet going. Every sweet we eat means a quarter in a jar. At the end of a month, whoever has the most in the jar has to give said jar to the other. You think it will be me?????

Hello?

Wow! I've been gone from here for awhile. Kinda forgot about it. Life has been full of gardening, yard work and golfing, [ my fav pass time]. The garden is almost done but with the wonderful warm weather late this year, it has lasted longer then usual. I must say I'm over it now.....The yard work will continue until all the leaves are done falling and the clean up is over. Yikes!

Speaking of golfing.....yes we were... The last nines holes yesterday went very well for me. I put the ball on the green from two tee shots. I pared two holes, and had a very long successful putt. The day ended with a score of 48 for me.....I've never had a 48 score!!!! Happy dancing all over!!!!

Foggy this am and cool but its a quiet stay home day so who cares? Ok, I have to take some movies back later, and want to stop for a few minutes for my hug from roo. Lunch with Christy this week via her request. Nice.....Soooo, have a great day and remember that you are loved......Late ta...

Tuesday

Good morning world. Its another very cool morning here in central wis. 40 degrees? Whew! Oh well, it warms up nice by the afternoon and the sun is shining so its not all bad. I am now starting to plan the yard cleanup and final mowings...Where did that summer go anyhew?
Canning day today. the beans are all ready for the canner and tomatos are picked for sauces to be made. Then later, finish up the mowing if my ambition holds on that long. I actually enjoy canning and seeing the final results on the cubboard. Nothing tastes better then home canned beans...Yum!
Ryan was moving last night into his own little house. he has a friend sharing the place with him. I hope all goes well with that. Marissa starts high school today. Gads just those words seem odd. yesterday she was just a child...Oh, you know what I'm saying....I wish she were a bit more organized in her room but I guess she can handle the ...where the heck are my clothes? Where is my backpack? I can't find anything....Late Ta

foggy friday

Very cool this am. 50s this morning, but only getting up to 69 later....Soon the geese will be flying overhead to say goodbye for another year. I dread the leave raking I,ll have to do. Funny, I used to enjoy that when my back was younger.....theres alot of things I used to enjoy!!!!hahahahaha.

Ill probably have to pick beans again and tomatos. I want to start making sauces from the tomatos. Pizza sauce, pasta sauce, ect. One more canner of beans will do it...

I bought stuff for ryans house hes renting....I filled a small wooden trunk with bathroom and kitchen stuff. Fun....I have to get down to Shannas new house to and take a gift for her house too...

Today I hope to get outside when it stops being so darned foggy and cold.......I have nothing more to tell you so Ill leave for now. Maybe something exciting will happen before tomorrows posting. Late Ta....

Back again

Been awhile but here I am again. My hip is finally good, and its the best feeling in the world. Well....one of the best anyhew. I can think of a few others that were better...The Birthday camping trip was great and the weather cooperated. We had such fun and having little Jack there was the tops...He is the most animated little guy. He tells his stories with hands flying and emotions soaring...What a delight he is.

Irv and I got all the outside work done the last two days, just before the rains came. The garden is coming in now, so I have to keep an eye on things...Soon Ill be canning beans and tomatos. I dug one potato hill and they are real nice this year. The rest of them and the carrots can wait awhile yet..Today its clean the frig time...phooey! Not my favorite job at all..I went into Younkers yesterday....bad idea...I found animal print undies and a silky top. At 67 one would think those days would be over, but noooooooooo....They still made me feel wonderful and sexy and alive...Now if someone would just agree with me on this, it would make my day....tee hee hee...Have a good one, Late Ta.......
